Astronomy

Stuart Williams is an occasional writer of magazine articles and papers on astronomy and its history.  He has written a series for Popular Astronomy entitled The Astro Historian.

He is co-founder of the Society for the History of Astronomy, a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and a member of the British Astronomical Association.

He has a particular research interest in the astronomical history of the county of Staffordshire and the borough of Walsall, England.  He is Staffordshire Co-ordinator of the Society for the History of Astronomy's Survey of Astronomical History.
